About the Founder
Amanda Kinney, Managing Partner and Founder, created Connect HR & Talent Solutions to provide custom services to clients for a variety of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition needs. She has an extensive background in Human Resources working in industries from healthcare, education, retail, property management, and consumer services. Amanda has championed new processes within companies ranging from creating talent and development programs, compensation re-structuring, organizational development, mergers & acquisitions, to improving time to hire and decreasing employee turnover through a variety of methods and employee engagement processes.
Throughout her career, Amanda has strived for excellence in HR strategy, compliance, and training and development. She has worked in various Human Resources roles but was most passionate about serving as an Executive Senior Leader overseeing Human Resources strategy and planning to further organizational objectives and goals. Amanda also specializes in workplace investigations including harassment and discrimination claims to addressing hostile workplace allegations.
As a Senior Certified Professional in Human Resources (SHRM-SCP) and Certified Forensic Interviewer (CFI), Amanda's passion lies in helping organizations achieve their goals through creativity, quality talent acquisition, training and development, and meeting compliance standards. ​At Connect HR & Talent Solutions, we are excited to provide guidance and governance that will help propel your organization forward.
